The below prices are based on single occupancy:

• Sunday to Thursday $94.99 + 17.52% Taxes (Parking & Breakfast Included)
• Friday $124.99 + 17.52% Taxes (Parking & Breakfast Included)
• Saturday $144.99 + 17.52% Taxes (Parking & Breakfast Included)

And double occupancy are

• Sunday to Thursday $109.99 + 17.52% Taxes (Parking & Breakfast Included)
• Friday $139.99 + 17.52% Taxes (Parking & Breakfast Included)
• Saturday $159.99 + 17.52% Taxes (Parking & Breakfast Included)

As of January 1, 2019 there is an additional $2 per night, per room Niagara Falls City Tax applied.
