Revision of the Association’s Consolidated Letters Patent and By-laws
Dear OALT/ABO members,
Thank you for your participation in the voting process on the 2024 Proposed Amendments to the Consolidated Letters Patent and By-laws.
The online ballot to obtain consent of the membership was open from September 21, 2024 until the end of day on October 18, 2024.
On September 21st, our total membership was 110 members. We had 23 members submit their ballots. For each of the 23 questions, 100% approval was received for each question.
Therefore, the Consolidated Letters Patent and By-laws have therefore been amended, and are now live on our website, available here: https://oaltabo.on.ca/about/bylaws/.
A downloadable version (in both MS Word and PDF), as well as a version in French are currently being worked on. They will all be available at the above link in the near future.
