Important Notice about the 47th annual OALT/ABO Conference

Dear members of OALT/ABO, attendees and speakers,

Every year we look forward to our annual conference as an important time to connect, share and learn together.  This year, however, we are facing a unique global challenge with the introduction of the COVID-19 pandemic, sparking alarming public health concerns.

Therefore, after very careful consideration, we have decided to cancel our 2020 annual conference. We have made this decision factoring in the on-going uncertainty around COVID-19 and its potential impacts on the health and safety of the attendees, speakers, and the local community.

We would like to offer our sincerest gratitude for your commitment in participating in the 2020 OALT/ABO Conference.  If you have already registered, your registration will be automatically refunded to you, using your original payment method. An email confirmation will be sent once this has been completed. The Board of Directors of OALT/ABO sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Board of Directors is currently working on an alternative solution for our Annual General Meeting. Details of this will be available in the week ahead. Please consult https://oaltabo.on.ca/conference for additional details.
