We are excited to announce our upcoming event for the Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa of OALT/ABO and well anyone, to join us for a seminar on Live Well, Work Well . The presentation will be in English but questions may be asked and will be responded to in French.

Our speaker will be Lauren Parsons. Lauren is an award-winning Wellbeing Specialist who is passionate about equipping and inspiring people to truly boost their health and happiness.
