About This Event

  • Date: Monday, March 28th, 2022
  • Time: 12:00PM – 1:00PM
  • Location: Zoom

Have you been out of the workforce for a significant period of time? Or entering it for the first time? Perhaps you’ve been out briefly, or adjusting to a complete career change. In this presentation we take a deeper look at the return to work process, some common concerns, as well as some helpful tips and tricks to best manage the transition.

Each year the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) provides direct service to more than 100,000 Canadians through the combined efforts of more than 10,000 volunteers and staff in locally run organizations in all provinces and territories, and branches in more than 135 communities. The CMHA is dedicated to the promotion of the mental health of all people, and ensuring the provision of the best possible services for people with mental health problems. Visit https://cmha.ca for additional details.
