With more than thirty levels and four different categories, NTPL’s Early Reader collection was an organizational and discovery nightmare! Technical Services decided to take a collaborative approach: create a Collections Committee and use internal crowdsourcing to find a solution that works for staff and patrons.
Tune in for tips and tricks related to idea generation, organization models, supplies, and other learned lessons from this collection revamp project.
