Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa: Annual General Meeting

The Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa of OALT/ABO will be holding its Annual General Meeting, on February 20, 2018 at 5:30 PM, at the Biagio’s Italian Kitchen (https://goo.gl/maps/3oMrDku1nXT2)
In addition to the business portion of the meeting, elections will be held to fill the three positions of Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The Chapter is in a critical situation right now because, if two of those three positions are not filled, the Chapter will not be able to offer any activities to its members this year. Please consider volunteering or contacting other technicians whom you think would benefit from the experience of being an Executive member.

As the Chapter Holiday Social was not held, there will be two door prizes at the AGM – $30.00 each towards the winners’ meals.

L’Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa de l’OALT/ABO, tiendra son Assemblée Générale Annuelle, le 20 février 2018 à 18h, au restaurant Biagio’s Italian Kitchen (https://goo.gl/maps/3oMrDku1nXT2)
En plus de discuter de questions administratives, des élections auront lieu pour remplir les trois postes de vice-président, trésorier, et secrétaire. La section se trouve presentement dans une situation très critique puisque, si deux des trois postes ne sont pas remplis, la section ne pourra pas offrir des activités aux membres cette annee. Veuillez considerer offrir vos services ou approcher d’autres bibliotechniciens qui pourraient bénéficier de l’expérience d’être membre de l’Executif.

Puisque le dîner des Fêtes pour la Section n’a pas pu avoir lieu cette année, nous aurons deux prix de présence å la l’AGA- des repas d’une valeur de trente dollars chacun.
