1 Membership fees received in 2020 were $2,838.00 and Chapter fees collected were $398.00.
2 Miscellaneous $4,421.50 – $4,415.42 was received from the Halton-Peel Chapter, funds were deposited into the Associations’ s Account, $6.08 wre VISA charges returned and adjustment.
3 Total Revenue from 2020 : $9.137.50.
4 Conference Expenses – Conference fees and expenses were refunded. The Conference caterer gave us a credit that is valid for 5 years
5 Chapter Remittance – $172.00 was paid to Ottawa Chapter/Section d’Ottawa.
6 Meeting Expenses – OLA Super Conference and Board Meeting that was held in Kingston $1,622.62.
7 Postage/Post box rental – $224.87 for postal box rental
8 Professional Fees – Insurance Policy for 2019 and 2020 equals $1,730.16.
9 Total Expenses for 2020 : $6,850.85.
